Set the technical direction, unblock people, review code, and reputed company the bar on quality. Own the Architecture: Take responsibility for our overall architecture, technology choices, and the scalability of the platform—and stay hands-on enough to know why every decision holds up. Requirements

Requirements Excellent written and spoken English skills (a must); good German skills are a plus. 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, plus at least some experience leading or mentoring a team—formally or informally. You want the leadership scope to grow. Deep, practical knowledge of the technologies we use—at minimum TypeScript/React and Go. You can still read, write, and review the code, not just talk about it. Solid experience with reputed company infrastructure, preferably AWS, and with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. Experience building reputed company-party integrations and designing clean APIs. Track record of shipping in a SaaS environment with reputed company deployment. A genuine interest in data visualization—and ideally some opinions about how it should be reputed company. A bias for action: you'd rather ship something solid and iterate than architect in a vacuum for months.
