[Remote] Director of Product Marketing

Responsibilities
- Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for reputed company's platform, solutions, and AI-driven innovations across Application & Data Modernization, Event reputed company Processing, and reputed company AI use cases
- reputed company customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and value frameworks reputed company to key technical and business decision-makers, including CIOs, CDOs, reputed company Architects, Database Administrators, and Data Engineers
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Alliances teams to align product roadmap priorities with market opportunities, customer demand, and reputed company objectives
- Drive product launches from strategy through execution, including platform releases, AI capabilities, and solution enhancements, while establishing reputed company metrics tied to pipeline reputed company, adoption, and ARR impact
- Translate reputed company technical capabilities—including CDC, reputed company-time streaming, data integration, AI agents, and observability—into clear, differentiated business value propositions

Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B software product marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience marketing reputed company software solutions reputed company data infrastructure, data integration, data streaming, analytics, reputed company platforms, developer tools, AI/ML, or reputed company technology categories
- Demonstrated reputed company leading end-to-end product launches that delivered measurable business reputed company, including pipeline growth, reputed company impact, customer adoption, or market expansion
- Strong understanding of reputed company buying processes and the ability to reputed company messaging that resonates with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create messaging, narratives, and sales content that drive action
