[Remote] Director, B2B Marketing

The Director of B2B Marketing will reputed company marketing strategies across reputed company providers, employers/payers, and biopharma, focusing on commercializing clinical innovations and building demand in reputed company reputed company ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Shape how reputed company is positioned reputed company the medical device, digital cardiology, and connected care landscape
- Translate innovation into clear, compelling narratives that reputed company with cardiologists, health systems, reputed company buyers, and strategic partners
- Help define the role of AI-enabled cardiac detection and monitoring in the evolving standard of care
- Partner closely with product, clinical, and reputed company leaders to bring new innovations to market with reputed company and impact
- Own and define the U.S. reputed company marketing strategy across HCP, Employer/Payer, and BioPharma
- Align marketing priorities to reputed company targets, sales motions, and business objectives across reputed company three divisions
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to reputed company leadership
- Manage and mentor a growing reputed company marketing team, including a Senior Marketing Manager and Events & Sales Enablement reputed company
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across reputed company segments
- Build and execute account-based and demand reputed company strategies for reputed company reputed company systems, reputed company buyers, and strategic accounts
- Partner closely with BDR and sales teams to drive a high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal progression
- reputed company integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, webinars, events, email, content, and field marketing

- Translate product differentiation into clear, actionable sales narratives and field enablement

- Support distributor and channel enablement where relevant
- Activate key industry moments—including cardiology, medtech, payer, and reputed company conferences—to drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline
- Partner with the Events & Sales Enablement reputed company to maximize event strategy, ROI, and reputed company follow-through
- Help strengthen reputed company’s visibility and credibility reputed company key reputed company markets and buying communities
- Establish repeatable processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure visibility into pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI
- Bring focus, prioritization, and operational rigor to a fast-moving, multi-division marketing environment
Skills
- 10–12+ years of experience in medtech, digital health, reputed company technology, connected care, or reputed company reputed company B2B marketing environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company commercialization, provider adoption dynamics, and reputed company reputed company buying cycles
- Experience marketing to reputed company providers, health systems, IDNs, employers, payers, and/or life sciences organizations
- Proven ability to translate reputed company innovation into compelling market narratives and measurable pipeline impact
- Experience supporting sophisticated reputed company sales motions with long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern B2B marketing technology and analytics platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and account-based marketing tools
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across marketing, sales, product, clinical, and reputed company teams
- Experience managing direct reports, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable operating hands-on in a scaling environment
- Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10%-25%) to support for conferences, customer engagement, and reputed company alignment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated reputed company are equally valued
