[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Services Team, where the role involves supporting retailers and brand customers, conducting trainings, and maintaining customer data.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the Support inbox, responding to customer emails, and returning phone calls
- Learning the reputed company platform and becoming a product expert
- Answering general questions about platform functionality and best practices from internal members
- Conducting 1:1 reputed company trainings with users
- Updating account and brand network data (involves some basic data work)
- Gaining hands-on experience with reputed company media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns
- Assisting with additional team projects as needed
Skills
- Customer service experience in some reputed company (retail, food service, hospitality reputed company reputed company to foster reputed company translatable skillsets for this role)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and reputed company explain product functionality to customers
