[Remote] Analytics Engineer, Payments

The role of Analytics Engineer, Payments involves ensuring disbursement efficiency and improving the money transfer experience for users by analyzing transaction data and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst, Required 3+ years of experience in Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, or Remittances
- Domain Expertise: Proven 2-3+ years of experience measuring payment rails, transaction routing KPIs. You should be comfortable discussing reputed company rates, cost analysis, and the tradeoffs between transaction speed and operational cost
- Technical Core: Strong SQL skills (you’ll live in BigQuery / DBT / Firestore) and experience with BI tools like reputed company / Tableau / PowerBI / Looker or similar. DBT is a must

- Communication: Ability to explain to a non-technical stakeholder why a 1% drop in reputed company rates reputed company for our users and its impact on other KPIs like NPS and Retention
