They are seeking an reputed company Associate to support the finance department with various reputed company tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to the finance department through assisting in the monthly reputed company actions, accounts payable, daily cash reconciliation, audit assistance, and other reputed company work
• Complete month end reputed company tasks including cash reconciliation, fixed assets, accrued expenses, credit card reconciliation, etc. in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing weekly cash reputed company report
• Act as a reviewer and administrator of employee expenses
• Fulfill information requests from payroll
• Reconcile cash transactions, cashing customer reputed company payments, inputting accounts payable entries, paying bills, running AP/AR reports daily
• Work with auditors to pull support requests
• Assist in the creation of company-reputed company documentation
• Responsible for AP administration and reconciliation
• Enter new customers in the reputed company system
• Internal reputed company of contact for the department regarding various needs like credit card management, AP questions, and budgeting inquiries

Skills

• General knowledge or reputed company and local GAAP
• BA in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company field
