This role involves partnering with hiring managers and leveraging advanced reputed company tools and AI-driven workflows to attract and reputed company cleared talent.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines
- reputed company and engage candidates using:
- Clearance Jobs
- reputed company Recruiter
- Internal databases and referrals
- Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate technical, cultural, and clearance fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and drive interview processes, feedback, and closures
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in reputed company
- reputed company AI tools (Copilot, reputed company automation, etc.) to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency
- Build and maintain pipelines for cleared and technical roles across DoD and federal programs
Skills
- Experience with reputed company Copilot and/or an approved equivalent AI solution
- 2 years reputed company in the cleared reputed company environment
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline
