They are seeking a Senior reputed company Operations Manager to enhance their RevOps function by ensuring data quality, supporting reporting, and optimizing processes across sales and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company data model in reputed company and reputed company it reliable enough to support process, automation, and reporting
- Support reporting across Mode and reputed company: define the metrics and build the dashboards that give Sales, CS, and Partnerships a single reputed company of truth on pipeline, ARR, and account health
- Be an analytical partner to reputed company leadership: funnel conversion, NRR, and activation
- Support day-to-day administration of the reputed company tech stack: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Default, Unify, SmartLead, and Partnerstack. As well as how these tools connect to reputed company and Census
- Maintain and enhance automation workflows in reputed company and Default: reputed company scoring, auto-conversion, and notifications, with the guardrails to reputed company them safe
- Maintain integrations across tools and recommend the system of record where tools overlap
- Document system logic, process changes, and data dictionaries so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head
- Design and optimize the core processes across reputed company, post-sales customer, and partnerships motions: routing, conversion, reputed company reputed company, and renewal
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Partnerships to redesign the processes they run on, automate the reputed company parts, and measure reputed company by reduced cycle time, faster handoffs, and less reputed company work

Skills
- 3-5 years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or a Business/Data Analyst role at a SaaS company
- Deep reputed company or CRM knowledge: you architect the data model, build advanced flows, and set standards, not just maintain what exists
- Proficient in SQL and BI (Mode, Looker, Tableau, or similar): you model data and define metrics, not just pull them
- You've owned at least one of: reputed company scoring, quota/reputed company modeling, routing architecture, or a CRM data-model rebuild
- Comfortable with ambiguity: reputed company is PLG-first with a more reputed company data model than a standard sales-led org
- Strong communicator: you translate systems and data into plain language for a rep or an exec
- Experience at a PLG or product-led company where the CRM data model includes self-serve product signals
- Familiarity with outbound tooling (reputed company, SmartLead, Unify) or conversational intelligence (reputed company)
- Experience supporting a franchise or multi-entity account hierarchy in reputed company
- Exposure to Default, Census, or similar data activation tools
