Responsibilities
- Scope: reputed company a major product at reputed company, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment
- Insights: Own the company’s reputed company for the market reputed company including the reputed company buyer and customer personas and their most important needs
- Product craft: Bring robust, first-principle, reputed company thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions
- Crafted execution: Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and reputed company product milestones
- Communication: Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals
Skills
- 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
- Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
- Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building
- Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-reputed company workflows)
- Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term reputed company
- Prior experience with assisting or automating reputed company workflows
- Prior experience in reputed company or HR software
- Prior experience using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies
