Responsibilities

Skills
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or closely reputed company technical roles with reputed company growth in responsibility
- 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including direct people management responsibility for engineers
- 4+ years of experience leading cross functional technical programs or initiatives that reputed company multiple teams, systems, or organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated experience delivering ambiguous, net-new, or innovation focused technical initiatives from concept through execution
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on resource planning, prioritization, and roadmap or delivery planning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
