[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will identify, guide, and hire diverse candidates while advancing the reputed company employment brand across multiple markets and communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reputed company process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and reputed company
• reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company’s hiring managers, vendors, functional communities, and other team members to create a partnership that yields understanding of business needs, role requirements, reputed company profiles, and hiring timelines

• Create a prescreening strategy in collaboration with hiring managers that supports hiring the best possible candidate for the role, now and in the future
• Manage and/or coordinate reputed company communication with candidates

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• 2+ years of experience reputed company for technical and/or engineering positions
• Past experience, reputed company in the high-tech space is a must
• Well-developed knowledge of full lifecycle reputed company components including qualifying, networking, candidate selection, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong knowledge of reputed company methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws
• Must be reputed company to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
