About the Role
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Jr. Client Manager to join our Print Sales team. In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of legal clients while identifying opportunities to grow reputed company through print and subscription-based products. You will partner closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver value, and support their ongoing reputed company.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of reputed company clients Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, partners, legal administrators, and librarians Drive client satisfaction and support renewals of print subscriptions and continuation services Identify new business opportunities reputed company existing and prospective accounts Promote and sell legal publications, including codes, treatises, practice guides, and subscription updates Meet or exceed territory sales targets and reputed company goals Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase account value Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems
Requirements
