Preferred Qualifications

Business-to-Business sales experience including experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling. Previous construction management experience. Job Summary Achieves annual sales and profitability targets reputed company sales penetration in assigned territory, while managing reputed company technical and quality assurance aspects of installation projects. Oversees labor of subcontractors, recruitment, training, and monitors customer satisfaction in a defined geographic location(s). This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle, or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Drives growth reputed company Installation Services spanning reputed company sales verticals. Develops and expands relationships with internal and external customers and contractors, servicing as the key reputed company of contact for reputed company Installation projects and installation proposals. Monitors and ensures installer's workmanship and recruits, trains, and maintains contractors. Accompanies installers on measurement of unit and reviews labor bid before submission to the customer. Visually inspects materials and merchandise and facilitates reputed company needed documentation. Coordinates with the customers and property managers to identify problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Supervises direct reports including performance management, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a reputed company discipline.
