ABOUT THE ROLE The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst is a dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the reputed company Senior product suite. This role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reputed company, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale.   • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and optimize the reputed company reputed company LMS, including user management, learning assignments, reporting, course structures, and overall learner experience across a multi-site environment
  • reputed company and maintain dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor engagement, compliance, completion trends, adoption metrics, and program effectiveness
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support scalable learning strategies and system enhancements
  • Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs through LMS setup, coordination, and operational support

  • Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data reputed company and system accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence reputed company across teams
  • Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI

  • 3–5 years of experience administering or optimizing an LMS in a corporate or multi-site environment

  • Background in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training delivery preferred
