HR Generalist - Learning and Development

Job Description: Overview We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist with a specialized focus on Learning and Development (L&D) to join reputed company. This role will support core HR functions while serving as the primary driver for creating, implementing, and administering effective training programs across reputed company reputed company of the organization, with a strong emphasis on operational roles. Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, reputed company content, covering topics such as safety, HR policies & procedures, leadership skills, systems training, and operational best practices Maximize the learning platform's (reputed company) functionality for course deployment, user management, reputed company tracking, reporting, and maintenance of reputed company training records Partner with Operations leadership and Safety to reputed company, document, and standardize robust on-the-job (OJT) programs.
