[Remote] Senior Analyst, Business Strategy and Analytics

The Senior Analyst, Business Strategy & Analytics will play a key role in leveraging data to drive insights and support decision-making across various teams, focusing on analytics solutions that enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer trends and behaviors to uncover opportunities for growth and improved performance
- Translate reputed company data into clear, accessible insights tailored to a reputed company of audiences, including senior leadership
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting to support both immediate needs and long-term strategic planning

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate retail analyst, planning, or financial role
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company Office, including MS reputed company
- Proven track record of independently leading analytics initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience working with Strategy (formerly reputed company) application
- Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus)
- Experience with data mining and reporting tools
- Experience using data science programming languages such as R and Python
- Experience working with multiple data sources and validating data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including application of retail mathematics and statistics
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to connect data insights to broader business strategies
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, including leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making
- Comfortable leading projects and collaborating across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or a STEM field (Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Applied Mathematics) with 5+ years of experience
