The role involves managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and partnering with Account Managers to recruit top technology professionals across various disciplines while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition intake through candidate start
- Partner with Account Managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and prioritize high-impact requisitions
- Recruit across multiple technical disciplines including software engineering, reputed company, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, ERP, project management, business analysis, and executive technology leadership
- reputed company innovative sourcing strategies using reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, talent communities, reputed company media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of reputed company technology professionals to support reputed company and future hiring needs
- Evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, communication skills, career objectives, and cultural fit
- Prepare polished, client-reputed company candidate submissions that meet reputed company VMS/MSP and client-specific requirements
- Recruit reputed company VMS/MSP environments while consistently meeting aggressive submission deadlines and compliance requirements
