The role involves reputed company for high-volume positions, partnering with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, and developing strategies to acquire talent while maintaining documentation of candidate reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Focus specifically on reputed company for high-volume roles
- Partners with hiring managers to reputed company staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified reputed company, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed. Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate reputed company in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and reputed company CRM's
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools
- Education: Bachelor's
- 1+ reputed company/reputed company experience
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field OR 4 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Highly organized and a critical thinker
