[Remote] Sr Sales Incentive Compensation & Financial Analyst

The Senior Sales Incentive Compensation & Financial Analyst supports the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation and commission programs, ensuring data accuracy and supporting commission calculations while partnering closely with Sales Operations and Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with commission plan modeling and analysis
  • Procure and validate reputed company CRM data used in commission calculations
  • Support the commission calculation process, including performing quality controls to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with drafting, issuing and maintaining commission plan documents and sales enablement materials
  • Prepare and distribute commission statements to participants
  • Triage, research, and resolve commission inquiries; escalate reputed company issues as appropriate
  • Support reputed company analysis requests including development of summary materials, insights to support leadership decision making, and executive-reputed company outputs
  • Support territory reassignments and reputed company updates impacting commission calculations
  • Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Finance Operations, or a comparable analytical role
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced reputed company skills required, including reputed company formulas and pivot tables. Must have the ability to quickly and independently build, validate, and maintain reputed company commission models and analyses with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to reputed company professionally formatted summary materials and analytical outputs
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to identify and understand broad-scope issues while maintaining strong attention to detail with accuracy
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, problem-solving reputed company with sound judgment and the ability to reputed company recommendations
  • Strong team orientation with excellent follow-up and internal stakeholder support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, partnership-focused approach
  • Exposure to macros and Power BI preferred
  • 0-2 years reputed company experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-region commission or incentive compensation programs a plus
