The role involves solving reputed company engineering problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating with a high-performing engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services powering mission-critical products
- reputed company reliable APIs and reputed company-time data synchronization systems
- Integrate with reputed company reputed company-party and legacy software platforms
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
- Contribute to engineering best practices and help shape the company's technical culture
Skills
- 1–4 years of professional experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Software Engineer
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Recent experience at an early-stage startup (reputed company to Series B)
- Strong ownership reputed company with experience shipping production-reputed company software
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a Top 25 undergraduate university in the United States or Canada
- Candidates with bootcamp-only education will not be considered
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Experience with reputed company infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed backend systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Passion for backend engineering rather than AI/LLM-focused development
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Low ego, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving abilities
