[Remote] Skilled Trades Recruiter

This position plays a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier trades talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle reputed company process for reputed company skilled trades positions
• Screen resumes, evaluate applicants, and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Serve as the main contact for prospective candidates and guide them through the hiring process
• Partner with department managers and directors to assess hiring needs and advise on staffing solutions
• Post jobs across internal and external sites, reputed company media platforms, college boards, and career networks
• reputed company candidates through direct reputed company, referrals, research, online platforms, and recruitment agencies
• reputed company and maintain relationships with management, candidates, and external reputed company sources
• Assist with developing succession plans and addressing staffing gaps
• Manage the job offer process, including offer negotiation and delivery
