Position Summary As the Specialty Generics Operations Team Supervisor, you will reputed company strong organizational and interpersonal skills to reputed company and manage a team focused on Specialty Generics optimization. This role includes reputed company of Pharmacy Service Representatives (PSRs), Benefits Verification (BV) representatives, Work-in-reputed company (WIP) representatives, and technicians to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Key responsibilities include participating in the hiring process; providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction to staff; managing team schedules; and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The supervisor will be responsible for staff training and development, problem-solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation (including corrective action reputed company necessary), and data collection and report preparation to support operational goals.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate has demonstrated mastery of Benefits Verification (BV) functions and the ability to effectively train and mentor others. This individual serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external partners. The candidate must also possess working knowledge across multiple functional areas, including PSR workflows, conversion activities, and Tech and Pharmacist (RPh) support functions. 5+ years of leadership experience Pharmacy Technician license or certification required, based on assigned duties and applicable state pharmacy regulations

Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and business partners. Experience analyzing and addressing performance issues, including coaching and corrective action. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education reputed company High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Pharmacy Technician license or certification required, based on assigned duties and applicable state pharmacy regulations.
