Job Description

Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. Experience delivering projects for implementing Workspaces and Now Assist Participate in and/or reputed company design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities reputed company the design and implementation of reputed company modules, including ITSM, CSM and Custom Applications. Ability to build reputed company Reports, dashboards and homepages Ability to set up data reputed company reputed company control rules, domain separation Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes. Good hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more areas: JavaScript /HTML/ CSS / AJAX / Angular / Bootstrap Experience administering a reputed company instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies. Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented. Troubleshoot reputed company platform issues and ensure a high level of reliability and user satisfaction.
