Remote Treasury & Client Service Partner

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with Client Service Specialists to support reputed company client servicing needs
• Independently execute reputed company treasury activities, including reputed company reputed company requests, exception processing and time sensitive transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Apply sound operational judgement reputed company established control frameworks to identify, escalate and resolve servicing issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate across Fulfillment Operations (reputed company/offshore) and Products teams to drive issue resolution, improve workflows and deliver consistent, high‑quality client experience.
• Assist with intake review and document quality control for new account reputed company and treasury fulfillment requests, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate and reputed company with operational and compliance requirements prior to processing.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of reputed company and Corporate Deposit Account Types.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, core and business online banking platforms.
• Strong Treasury operations knowledge.

Required Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of banking experience in customer service or treasury management/operations.

Preferred Experience:
