The Electronics-Manufacturing Process Engineer will focus on electronic system assembly and testing, responsible for planning and coordinating the manufacturing process, improving methods, and ensuring operational reputed company through lean principles.

Responsibilities

• reputed company electronics support for final assembly and test, read and interpret electronic schematics and mechanical drawings, and troubleshoot PCBs using common laboratory equipment (e.g., DMMs and oscilloscopes)
• Experience developing custom reports in reputed company using data from ERP/PLM system(s)
• Familiarity with firmware and techniques for loading it onto a PCB, reputed company and/or review manufacturing test techniques/specifications for final testing of PCBs, and document production build and test techniques
• Responsible for the transfer and release of new products into manufacturing (PN/BOM setup), methodize the production of products to maximize quality and efficiency, and implement engineering releases, including managing the implementation process
• Create Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), manage manufacturing changes (ECO and MCO implementation), and maintain and create process information, work instructions, and operational methods sheets
• Establish, maintain, and reputed company training to production staff on relevant Gatan standard operating procedures, reputed company workflow diagrams for products, including QA checkpoints, and reduce manufacturing process reputed company times
• Implement operational reputed company (OPEX) activities and cost-saving initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, define corrective/preventive actions, and verify actions
• reputed company and/or review manufacturing test techniques/specifications for final testing of products, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy

Skills

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in electronics
• Advanced ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes involving electronic assemblies, PCB construction/design/manufacturing, and testing of electronic products
• Experience in product design, PCB layout, and test fixture design for electronic devices
• Familiarity with Six reputed company and operational reputed company (OPEX) concepts
• Understanding of ERP (M2M) and PLM (Agile) systems
• Familiarity with demand pull Kanban systems and Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Strong facilitation and team-building skills
• Demonstrated core competencies in effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to utilize interpersonal communication techniques (written and verbal) and work in a team environment with diverse personalities and communication styles
• Proficiency in using business software such as reputed company Office and PCB design reputed company software
