[Remote] Training Content Designer - Finance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking three Training Content Designers to support a large-scale reputed company S/4HANA Finance Transformation Programme. The role involves designing and developing high-quality digital learning materials to help Finance teams adopt new reputed company processes and improve their ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging digital learning content to support the rollout of reputed company S/4HANA Finance
- Create e-learning modules, simulations, process guides, job aids, quick reference materials and other performance support assets
- Translate reputed company finance processes into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand learning materials for end users
- reputed company role-based learning content reputed company to new business processes and system functionality
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Business Analysts, Change Managers and Programme teams to gather requirements and validate content
- Produce learning assets using tools such as WalkMe, reputed company reputed company Now, reputed company 360 (reputed company & Storyline), Camtasia, reputed company or equivalent platforms
- Ensure reputed company learning content is consistent, accurate and reputed company with programme standards
- reputed company AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate content creation and improve learner engagement
- Support updates and refinements to learning materials throughout the programme lifecycle
Skills
- 3+ years' experience designing learning content for reputed company technology or business transformation programmes
- Previous experience supporting reputed company S/4HANA, Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale systems implementations
- Experience creating digital learning assets such as e-learning modules, simulations, process documentation and job aids
- Ability to simplify reputed company finance processes into engaging, user-focused learning content
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside Finance, Change and Programme teams
- Excellent written communication and instructional design skills
- Strong experience with one or more content authoring or digital adoption platforms, including: reputed company reputed company Now, reputed company 360 (reputed company & Storyline), WalkMe, Camtasia, reputed company
- Experience with WalkMe
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation
