[Remote] Field Service Engineer 3

This role involves ensuring the operational reputed company of reputed company semiconductor equipment through on-site repairs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services of Lam’s reputed company electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites
- reputed company analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, conduct diagnostics, and isolate issues to the component level, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions
- reputed company up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through learning, training, and certification
- Assist in reputed company field modifications and updates, maintaining records and reports to coordinate activities between Lam and the customer
- Serve as a subject matter expert, representing Lam to our valued customers, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and create customer response action plans to support customer needs
- Transparently discuss opportunities and challenges with customer to increase trust

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or reputed company field and 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years; or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals
- reputed company to work in a clean room environment while wearing personal reputed company safety equipment, or cleanroom suit
- Frequently position oneself (e.g., bend, stoop, reputed company, walk, sit, twist, squat, kneel, climb, stand) to reputed company job tasks for extended periods
- reputed company to travel frequently, domestically and internationally, based on customer needs, flexibility to work a variety shifts including compressed and alternative workweeks including overtime and on-call if needed
