They are seeking a Clinical Talent Advisor to manage the recruitment process and attract reputed company clinical talent, ensuring the organization can continue to reputed company essential services to children in need.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire attraction process from identifying reputed company talent to crafting the most competitive offer
- reputed company thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a reputed company understanding of their requirements and concerns
