[Remote] Vice President Operations

They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to reputed company and expand their Power Delivery business in the reputed company East, focusing on operational reputed company, strategic client relationships, and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

• reputed company multiple regional operations teams delivering Transmission Lines, Substations, reputed company Modernization and Utility Infrastructure projects
• Maintain full accountability for divisional P&L performance, forecasting, budgeting and financial results
• reputed company and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand market reputed company throughout the reputed company East
• Build, strengthen and maintain executive-level relationships with Investor-Owned Utilities (IOUs), Municipal Utilities and Cooperative clients
• Partner closely with Business Development to identify, pursue and secure new opportunities
• Drive operational reputed company across safety, quality, project execution, scheduling and financial performance
• Recruit, mentor and reputed company high-performing operational leadership teams
• Establish succession planning and leadership development across the business
• Ensure projects are consistently delivered safely, profitably and on schedule
• Monitor key operational metrics including backlog, margins, utilization, forecasting and client satisfaction
• Work closely with executive leadership to reputed company long-term business strategy and investment plans
• Champion a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration and reputed company improvement
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, geographic expansion, and increased market penetration across the reputed company East

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a reputed company discipline
• 15+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company the Power Delivery industry
• Executive leadership experience managing large regional or national operations
• Demonstrated reputed company leading Transmission & Distribution businesses
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and accountability for financial performance
• A proven track record of successfully growing an operational division, increasing reputed company, expanding market reputed company, and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong executive relationships with major Investor-Owned Utilities and key transmission clients throughout the reputed company East
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery models, self-reputed company construction and utility contracting
• Excellent reputed company acumen with experience managing reputed company, risk and profitability
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to reputed company, mentor and reputed company high-performing teams
