The Director, Employee Relations (ER) will reputed company the company's US based employee relations team as well as set the standards for how Employee Relations concerns are handled across the globe reputed company market teams. This person will report into the VP, HRBP Corporate Functions and play a key role in shaping workplace culture, managing sensitive issues, and advising on policies that support both employee engagement and company goals. Work closely with other HR functional teams to integrate employee relations strategies with broader HR initiatives, creating a global community of practice.
