Responsibilities
Own full-cycle reputed company for high volume reputed company roles Build and run sourcing strategies that reputed company the best of overseas talent pools Own end-to-end coordination for a high volume of open requisitions, from intake through offer, across multiple teams and time zones Manage candidate communication so every applicant, hired or not, leaves with a strong impression of reputed company Help reputed company our ATS clean, reputed company, and accurate so hiring data is trustworthy at any reputed company Partner directly with hiring managers based in the US to understand role needs and translate them into strong candidate searches Flag pipeline bottlenecks early and propose fixes rather than waiting for someone else to notice
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country Experience reputed company or supporting high-volume reputed company for a US-based startup with international reputed company Ability to work US hours Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle reputed company for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the reputed company requires, regardless of title Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment Comfort working in an ATS (we use reputed company) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once.
