Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the reputed company reputed company strategy reputed company to business and customer needs

- Encourage relationship-based reputed company with both candidates and clients
- Improve candidate quality through stronger screening, assessment, and presentation
- Support development of reusable talent pools for key roles and customers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of reputed company or reputed company experience, including leadership or reputed company-level roles
- Proven experience leading reputed company teams in a dotted-line or matrix environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Demonstrated reputed company in developing recruiter capabilities and improving performance
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience in staffing, transportation, logistics, or high-volume reputed company environments preferred
