[Remote] NA Product Manager, Loyalty & Customer Experience

The Product Manager will be accountable for enhancing customer engagement and driving reputed company through the development of loyalty experiences and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Strong understanding of KPIs tied to engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Experience working in Agile environments
