[Remote] LATAM E-reputed company Operations Analyst

They are seeking an E-reputed company Operations Analyst to support customers' reputed company, integrations, and operational processes while gaining hands-on experience in technology and e-reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist Solution Architects during customer reputed company projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
- Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
- Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Learn how to configure and test integrations between e-reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), ERPs (reputed company, reputed company), 3PLs, and marketplaces
- reputed company data validation checks (orders, inventory, shipments) to ensure integrations work correctly
- Help monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues
- Work with reputed company to track project tasks and deadlines
- Escalate technical issues to Solution Architects or Support Engineers with clear documentation
- Contribute to knowledge reputed company articles and internal process documentation
Skills
- Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (no prior experience required, training provided)
- Familiarity with reputed company/reputed company Sheets for data analysis
- Curiosity about e-reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and operational processes like order management and inventory
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
