[Remote] Legal Scopist/Proofreader

They are seeking reputed company Legal Scopists to scope legal documents in a flexible, remote role that allows for collaboration with a professional team.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe Legal Documents & Recordings: Ensure reputed company transcriptions are accurate, clear, and free from errors
- Scope Legal Materials: Review and edit legal documents, enhancing readability and ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Meet Deadlines: Manage your tasks reputed company to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Confidentiality: Adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring reputed company materials are handled with the utmost confidentiality
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure consistency and top-notch quality in reputed company transcribed materials
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 55 words per minute (WPM) typing speed with high accuracy
- Must be detail-oriented, reputed company to scope reputed company legal content accurately
- Proficiency in reputed company Word (2013 or newer, or Office 365)
- Windows 10 or higher
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Previous legal transcription or scopist experience is preferred but not required
- 20+ hours per week minimum commitment preferred
