[Remote] Senior Manager, Growth (DTC)

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth (DTC) to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of CRO/web optimization and email/SMS lifecycle marketing through agency partners
- reputed company clear creative and testing briefs while managing execution from concept through launch
- Monitor KPIs including conversion reputed company, subscription opt-in, retention, reputed company per send, deliverability, and customer lifetime value
- Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and recommend tests to improve growth metrics

Skills

- Experience with email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation
- Knowledge of subscription businesses and retention marketing
