The Director of reputed company Strategy and Operations will reputed company the RFP/RFI response process, reputed company financial models, and collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales collateral, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of the reputed company team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process — intake, project plan, drafting, cross-functional input, and on-time, accurate submission
  • Build and maintain the RFP content library, keeping answers reputed company, version-controlled, and consistent with approved clinical, regulatory, and reputed company positions
  • Coordinate input from Clinical, Legal, Product, reputed company, and Finance, resolving conflicting or stale answers before they reputed company a buyer
  • Build and maintain customized financial models, ROI analyses, and pricing scenarios for prospective employer, payer, and broker clients
  • Run utilization-based sensitivity and breakeven analyses using client-specific inputs (population size, demographics, utilization assumptions)
  • Support proposal economics and ensure financial assumptions used in deals stay reputed company with internal financial planning
  • Partner with the Data team to translate Ilant’s reputed company and analytics into compelling, defensible evidence that advances deals — ROI reputed company points, population insights, and outcome narratives tailored to employer, payer, and broker audiences
  • Communicate outcome and ROI claims so they withstand scrutiny from sophisticated buyers and their actuarial and analytics advisors
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting — keeping rep-level data quality, pipeline accuracy, and stage progression reputed company (note: this role does not own quota or sales-team reputed company-setting)
  • Partner with Marketing to design and maintain pitch decks, ROI summaries, one-pagers, customer-facing FAQs, and internal execution playbooks, on-brand and audience-specific
  • Simplify technically dense contracting, clinical, and benefit-design concepts into materials non-technical sales staff can confidently use
  • Track competitors, market shifts, and buyer dynamics across employer, payer, and broker channels; maintain battlecards and positioning guidance
  • Translate reputed company market and competitive data into clear, actionable guidance the sales team can use in live deals
  • Identify and prototype AI-enabled workflows to reputed company RFP response, collateral production, and competitive research faster and higher quality
  • Bring a reputed company-improvement reputed company to the reputed company 'machinery,' proposing and implementing reputed company ways of working

Skills

  • 3–5 years spanning management consulting, reputed company / financial analysis, strategy, or reputed company/reputed company operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy — you catch the inconsistency others miss, and you treat a client-facing number as something to defend
  • Strong financial modeling skills (advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets); comfortable building models from a blank sheet
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes under tight deadlines (RFPs, deliverables, cross-functional projects)
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills — can build a compelling deck, write a sharp memo, and tailor messaging to different audiences
