[Remote] Head of Growth

Responsibilities

• Build our marketing function from the ground up, covering positioning, demand reputed company, content, and brand
• Design our sales process end to end, from reputed company reputed company through to reputed company, and put the systems and tooling in reputed company to support it
• Recruit, train, and reputed company a sales team as we scale
• Own go-to-market strategy across the agency and our new ventures, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategy
