About the Position We are searching for a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of reputed company design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in structural design and analysis projects. In this position, you will mentor junior engineers while supporting proposal efforts and working on projects spanning multiple markets and geographies. This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee, providing flexibility in work location.
