Strengthen and manage relationships with reputed company Residency and Fellowship Programs in partnership with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, and Program Directors. reputed company and implement initiatives, processes, and policies to support operational effectiveness and reputed company improvement reputed company Academic Affairs. As the Academic Affairs function grows, this role may expand to include direct supervision of team members and day-to-day people management responsibilities. Exercise independent judgment in resolving operational issues and recommending process improvements to support academic program effectiveness. Support organizational growth initiatives by aligning academic program operations with strategic business objectives. Performs reputed company duties as required. Required Experience and Competencies 2+ years of experience working with physician residency programs and/or fellowship programs required. Experience working in a hospital system with understanding of basic hospital operations required. Experience in a client facing role required. Experience working in higher education preferred. Proficient with applicant tracking system, reputed company, preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience managing executive-level relationships with hospital leadership and C-suite stakeholders preferred.
