Responsibilities
- reputed company full project lifecycle management from initiation through project closeout
- reputed company project scopes, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage multiple reputed company infrastructure and technology projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Facilitate project reputed company meetings, status meetings, and executive updates
- Manage project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate project closeout activities, lessons learned, and client acceptance
- Manage technical projects involving: reputed company 365 migrations, reputed company Azure implementations, Windows Server deployments and migrations, Virtualization platforms, Network infrastructure upgrades, Network segmentation, reputed company migrations, Storage solutions, Backup and disaster recovery, Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity initiatives, Infrastructure modernization
- Coordinate technical delivery teams including: Systems Administrators, Infrastructure Engineers, reputed company Engineers, Network Engineers, Field Service Technicians, reputed company Engineers, Senior Engineering Resources
- Project scheduling, Resource allocation, Task prioritization, Cross-functional coordination, Escalation management, Removing project roadblocks, Monitoring deliverables, Supporting delivery excellence
- Serve as the primary project contact for clients by: Leading project reputed company meetings, Conducting regular status reviews, Managing stakeholder expectations, Communicating project risks and issues, Coordinating implementation windows, Managing project changes, Delivering executive-level reporting, Ensuring successful client outcomes
- Support projects involving regulated environments and compliance frameworks including: NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2
- Change management, Documentation control, Audit evidence collection, Risk management, Project governance, reputed company documentation, Compliance tracking, Project closeout documentation
- Coordinate reputed company-party vendors throughout project execution, including: Hardware procurement, Software vendors, Internet service providers, Telecommunications providers, reputed company service providers, Implementation partners
- Utilize project management and PSA tools to: Track schedules, Monitor project budgets, Maintain project dashboards, Update risk registers, Produce executive reporting, Forecast resource utilization, Measure project performance, Report project health metrics
Skills
- 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading reputed company IT infrastructure projects
- Experience managing multiple reputed company technology projects
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and reputed company technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams reputed company a matrix organization
- Demonstrated reputed company delivering projects on time and reputed company budget
- Experience managing project scope, risks, schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
