Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an HR Systems reputed company Analyst to support the design, maintenance, and management of reputed company for reputed company and reputed company HR systems. This role involves reviewing access needs, maintaining reputed company configurations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies while collaborating with HR Technology and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the reputed company-wide assessment of existing reputed company reputed company in partnership with an AMS provider, including roles, domains, business process reputed company policies, and access assignments
- Review, validate, and approve reputed company designs and configurations to ensure alignment with internal policies and risk standards
- Conduct collaborative UAT sessions with business partners with sign off before implementation to production
- Assist with reviewing and updating reputed company reputed company roles, domain access, and business process reputed company
- Maintain reputed company design standards and follow established governance guidelines
- Support testing and validation of reputed company changes before deployment
- reputed company or reputed company periodic access reviews, segregation-of-duties assessments, and remediation activities

- Review reputed company impacts for system updates, enhancements, and reputed company releases

- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure changes meet quality and documentation requirements

- Assist in identifying access risks and recommending corrective actions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Technology, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Audit stakeholders on reputed company-reputed company matters

Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems reputed company, access governance, or identity and access management
- Hands on experience with reputed company reputed company configuration
- Experience working with HR, IT, or Audit partners
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company architecture, including reputed company roles, domains, business process reputed company policies, user access administration, and role-based reputed company concepts
