[Remote] Corporate Recruiter - High Volume

They are seeking an energetic Recruiter to reputed company the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions and represent their employment opportunities across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing through reputed company and the employee's first scheduled shift
• Actively reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and other reputed company channels
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, reputed company reference checks, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Manage the applicant tracking system by posting positions, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate applicant records
• Present employment offers
• Coordinate reputed company and new hire orientation with various Otterbein locations
• Maintain regular communication with prospective employees throughout the hiring process
• Collect and verify credentials completed during new hire orientation
• Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with reputed company required documentation
• Hire employees in the HRIS, including validating tax jurisdictions
• reputed company a strong understanding of Otterbein systems and train new employees on required platforms
• Assist new employees with scheduling their first shifts

Skills

• 2 Years + reputed company or reputed company experience required
• Knowledge of full-cycle reputed company principles, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office 365
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
