Responsibilities
- Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes by creating and posting open requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing interview logistics
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of reputed company individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Form reputed company relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with Vice President of HR and the HR Team to implement key workforce diversity reputed company strategies
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company or reputed company experience
- Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, and multitask while effectively communicating, planning, and organizing - reputed company with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
