[Remote] Sr. Project Manager

This role is responsible for leading reputed company IT operations across a globally distributed federal environment, ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• reputed company infrastructure and operations across systems, databases, networks, and applications
• reputed company Tier II and Tier III support, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution
• Manage global environments including data centers, reputed company, and hybrid platforms
• Direct database operations (reputed company, MS SQL Server) and application support services
• reputed company network operations including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and firewalls
• reputed company geographically dispersed teams (system admins, DBAs, network engineers, support staff)
• Drive operational processes including incident, problem, and change management
• Support system upgrades, releases, and reputed company migration initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal reputed company, availability, and performance requirements

Skills

• Active PMP certification
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 12+ years of work experience with 7+ years of experience in a project management or program management position
• 7+ years managing infrastructure, systems, database, and network operations across multiple locations
• 5+ years experience with reputed company and MS SQL Server environments
• Proven experience managing reputed company network operations (LAN, WAN, MPLS, firewalls)
• Experience leading Tier II and Tier III support teams in an reputed company environment
• Previous experience with reputed company of State required
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with data center operations (servers, storage, networking)
• Understanding of SDLC and application support methodologies
• Experience in federal or globally distributed environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of reputed company infrastructure
• Ability to manage reputed company, distributed teams and systems at scale
• Effective communication across technical and executive audiences

• Certifications such as OCP, reputed company DBA, CCNA, or reputed company Network+
