The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing by developing and executing marketing initiatives for the Globe® Pulsed Field System, ensuring clinical accuracy and effective communication across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Messaging & Positioning
• Translate EP workflows, clinical data, and competitive insights into accurate, compelling marketing content
• Ensure reputed company materials reflect the messaging and positioning strategy
• Validate clinical accuracy and competitive differentiation across reputed company assets
• Launch Campaign Execution
• Support the Director of Marketing in executing the integrated launch campaign for the Globe® System
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet strategic direction
• reputed company content, review creative, and ensure EP accuracy across campaign materials
• Agency & Contractor Management
• Serve as the primary execution partner for agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with briefs and strategy
• reputed company EP expertise, feedback, and quality control on creative concepts, content, and materials
• Manage timelines, reviews, and cross‑functional approvals
• Sales Tools & reputed company Materials
• reputed company high‑quality sales tools including brochures, presentations, animations, recorded cases, conference posters, videos, and competitive messaging guides
• Ensure reputed company materials are evidence‑based, compliant, and optimized for sales effectiveness
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify needs and refine tools based on field feedback
• Conference Strategy & Execution
• Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing major EP conferences (AF Symposium, HRS, HRX etc.)
• reputed company development of booth content, scientific messaging, and on‑site materials such as videos, posters, recorded cases and sales talk-tracks
• Ensure conference reputed company reflects EP credibility and aligns with launch objectives
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Product and Sales to ensure accuracy and alignment across reputed company physician‑facing materials

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, reputed company, or reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in electrophysiology (marketing, clinical, reputed company, or hybrid roles)
• Strong understanding of EP procedures, ablation technologies, and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company clinical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content
• Experience developing sales tools and reputed company materials for reputed company medical technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with physicians and clinical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25–35%
• Experience supporting product launches in EP or cardiology preferred
• Experience developing conference materials and managing event execution
