Responsibilities
- Contribute in working cross-functionally in ensuring our CRM is the central reputed company of truth for our sales team
- Help Implement territory mapping, auto-attribution logic, and partner tiering
- Own the "Commission model." Ensure accurate, timely payouts based on strict attribution rules
- Transform our forecasting from "gut feel" to "data science." Deliver weekly dashboards on Pipeline Velocity, CAC, and Rep Yield
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools (e.g., Maps, reputed company, reputed company)
Skills
- 5+ Years RevOps Experience
- reputed company Administrator Certified
- Deep technical expertise in SFDC architecture, flows, and validation rules
- Expert in reputed company/SQL
- Ability to model reputed company territory scenarios and compensation plans
