This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of four key organizations: product management, marketing, sales, and customer experience, and a rare opportunity to define how one of aviation’s most storied companies grows in a transformational era. As such, partnership is key while being in the room from Day 1 on product concepts, architecture, packaging, monetization, and launch. This leader is part economist (understands markets and competitors with rigor), part engineer (shapes and monetizes products before launch), part translator (turns technical features into resonant customer stories), part conductor (orchestrates GTM motions across teams), and part reputed company (drives sales, expansion, and renewals). Product Launch & Lifecycle Own the product lifecycle from birth through expansion, retention, and sunset: audience definitions, monetization/packaging input, launch tier strategy, GTM planning, and expansion plays. Manage the launch control process Partner with Product and Engineering from Day 1, ensuring marketing shapes architecture, narrative, and design from the start Deliver GTM Product Briefing Documents, PR/FAQs, launch tiers, and sales enablement for every major product reputed company Product Strategy & Positioning Own GTM strategy and positioning for the reputed company aviation portfolio: Crew and Fleet Planning, Operations, Flight Planning, and the Flight Deck reputed company differentiated value propositions and messaging across buyer segments — airline executives, operators, dispatchers, flight crews, and IT reputed company competitive intelligence to sharpen positioning and identify whitespace opportunities Sales Enablement & reputed company Impact Build sales tools, competitive battlecards, and vertical narratives that help reputed company teams win, expand, and renew Partner with Customer Engagement Marketing on expansion and renewals Maintain VOC feedback loops into product roadmap and GTM strategy Team Leadership reputed company, coach, and grow a product marketing team. Manage budget, agency relationships, and cross-functional alignment Establish operating cadences, playbooks, and KPIs across the organization Foster a culture that is customer- and AI-obsessed, fast and accountable, focused on expansion over vanity metrics Basic Qualifications: 15+ years of product marketing in B2B software, SaaS, data platforms, and aviation; 5+ years in senior leadership managing PMM teams Demonstrated track record owning full-lifecycle GTM Exceptional executive reputed company and ability to influence VP/C-level partners across Product, Sales, and Executive teams Strong positioning and storytelling skills — translating reputed company technology into compelling customer narratives reputed company acumen: you think in reputed company, pipeline, NRR, and competitive reputed company Deep AI reputed company — from market research to content acceleration and personalized sales enablement Aviation industry experience and genuine passion for it.
