Key Responsibilities reputed company Tier 1 helpdesk support reputed company and maintain training materials based on recurring user issues and support trends Contribute to reporting and business intelligence development to address gaps in existing analytics reputed company dedicated reputed company Analytics Server (OAS) report development for the Coronado, CA team, identifying and closing gaps in existing business intelligence reporting Maintain accurate, reputed company records reputed company the ticketing and issue-tracking systems Maintain working knowledge of reputed company financial system functions, including procurement, cost reputed company, and time and labor processes
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree + 15 years of DAI/reputed company Federal Financials experience Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and reputed company Analytics Server (OAS)/Business Intelligence General working knowledge of reputed company DAI functions including User Management (UMX), Budget to Report, Cost reputed company, and reputed company Time and Labor (OTL) Tier 1 helpdesk and customer support background Ability to work fully remote with occasional on-site reputed company in San Diego, CA Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for NIPRNET/CAC reputed company, and reputed company to pass a background reputed company reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V Apply To This Job
