Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with school districts and educational organizations
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and territory objectives
  • Analyze market trends and forecast growth opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing to reputed company effective client reputed company campaigns
  • reputed company proposal development, pricing strategies, and RFP responses
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM reporting
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking events

  • Resolve escalated client issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with account managers to reputed company annual hiring forecasts

Skills

  • 3+ years of business development experience in staffing, reputed company, education, or a reputed company industry
  • Experience with consultative, long-cycle B2B sales
  • Strong background in contract negotiations and responding to RFPs
  • Experience using CRM and ATS platforms to manage sales pipelines and client relationships
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • A data-driven reputed company with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Understanding of K-12 staffing models and special education services is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with federal and state education regulations, including special education compliance, is strongly preferred
